Terms of Service

These Terms of Service aim to define the conditions, procedures, and rights/obligations of users and AIZOO ("Company") regarding the AI game platform service ("Service").

• Service: The AI game uploading and playing platform AIZOO operated by the Company.
• User: Any person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
• Member: A user who has registered an account by providing personal information to the Company.
• Content: Any game code, description, image, prompt, or other materials uploaded by a user.

These Terms become effective upon being posted on the Service screen or notified to users. The Company may modify these Terms for reasonable grounds, and changes will be announced 7 days prior.

The Service provides functions for uploading, sharing, and playing HTML games created using AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.). Browsing and playing games are available without registration, but uploading and feedback functions are exclusive to members.

Users must not perform the following actions:

• Uploading content that infringes upon third-party intellectual property, including copyrights, trademarks, and portrait rights.
• Uploading content containing obscenity, hate speech, or discriminatory content.
• Uploading malicious code, phishing, or hacking content that threatens security.
• False reporting, slander, or defamation of other users.
• Any action that disrupts the normal operation of the Service.
• Bulk uploading of spam games.

The copyright of the content uploaded by the user belongs to the user. However, the user grants the Company a non-exclusive right to use the content for operating the Service.

The copyright of AI-generated content follows relevant laws and precedents, and users must check the terms of the respective AI service before uploading.

The Company may delete or restrict content without prior notice if it falls under the following:

• Content violating Article 5.
• Content that has received reports from other users.
• Content violating laws or public order.
• Game code containing malicious scripts.

The Company may temporarily suspend the Service due to system maintenance, failures, natural disasters, etc. In such cases, notice will be given in advance or post facto.

The Company is not responsible for the contents of the games uploaded by users, the accuracy of AI-generated code, or any damages occurring during gameplay. The Service is provided 'AS-IS'.

Any disputes regarding these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and lawsuits shall be filed in the court having jurisdiction over the Company's location.
