Game Upload
Q. What kind of games can I upload?+
A. You can upload HTML/CSS/JavaScript games generated by AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc. The game should be in a single HTML file, and it is best to minimize external resource dependencies.
Q. Are there any file size limits?+
A. Game code can be up to 5MB, and thumbnail images can be up to 5MB.
Q. Is it published immediately after upload?+
A. After uploading, only games approved through the administrator review process will be displayed in the game list. The review is usually completed within 1-2 business days.
Q. Can I edit or delete my games?+
A. You can edit or delete uploaded games from My Profile > Manage My Games.

Q. Can I use the service without signing up?+
A. Browsing and playing games are available without registration. Uploading games, writing reviews, and bookmarking are available after signing up.
Q. I forgot my password.+
A. Please click 'Forgot Password' on the login page or use Google Social Login.
Q. How do I withdraw my membership?+
A. Please send a withdrawal request to our support email (help@aizoo.kr) and we will process it immediately. Upon withdrawal, your uploaded games and personal information will be deleted.
Gameplay
Q. The game doesn't run.+
A. Some games may not work on certain browser versions. We recommend using the latest version of Chrome. If the issue persists, please contact support.
Q. I found an inappropriate game.+
A. Please click the 'Report' button on the game details page or report it to our support email. We will take action immediately upon verification.
